Is it safe to do home workouts while pregnant?

Exercise isn't dangerous for your baby. There is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in the later stages of pregnancy and childbirth. Walking is a great exercise for beginners. It provides moderate aerobic conditioning with minimal stress on the joints.

Other good options include swimming, low-impact aerobics, and cycling on an exercise bike. Strength training is fine, too, as long as you keep your weights relatively low.
